Hey guys, from Kiersten:
Finally, for the age data by sex, I pushed a new R workspace called BSB.Age.Data.With.Sex.For.SS.RDATA to the repo. I mentioned this in the commit notes as well, but the two objects in the workspace index.age.data and fishery.age.data represent the raw age data and need to be summarized to obtain age-length frequencies.
I am adding this workspaces to the repo momentarily.
SS data file updated with the age at length composition data.
I kept the index data separate from the fishery data but this is not needed.
assigned the index data to Bigelow for the spring, and to NEAMAP for the fall.
Let's see how slow it is but we should probably aggregate to just one comp for each year, season, and region (there's only one age length key being predicted).
