Bioconductor build error #79

Hi,

my package failed building in devel and I saw a couple of other packages with the same error, yours was among them.

Issue is this change in IRanges: https://github.com/Bioconductor/IRanges/commit/af3754108fcf91288be3e22212765c6225c0c642

Importing %in% from S4Vectors did the trick.

Hope this saves you a bit of time.
