No mechanism to navigate forward and backward from a page #4

The navigation mechanism (back & forward) is not displayed in toolbar. As you start navigating linked pages, in this current version, there is no mechanism to navigate back to the original page.

Remove line 271 until there are customization options.

v0.1.3 adds these back by default
