I haven't tested it, but I assume it has breaking changes.

Hmm, this works fine. Surprisingly. Toolchains and targets all the same (for 
the 32-bit targets anyway).

The 64-bit target NDK does of course have issues. I am adding a warning for its 
use with v0.963
