Better documentation #165

{gratia} needs more and better documentation.

  1. Add vignettes to illustrate the features of the package, and
  2. Improve the documentation of functions that lack good documentation (like details)

Package now has several vignettes, including one on data slices and one on posterior sampling. At the time of writing the latter is a WIP but it is sufficient for now
