[bug] Chat commands do not work in 1.19 #21

Describe the bug Chat commads are not working in 1.19

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open game
  2. Go to any world/server
  3. type in a mod command (ie, .guitextoverlay)
  4. the command just gets sent.

Expected behavior The mod you send the command for should be toggled.
