Changes in spotnet protocol #1

There are some changes in the spotnet protocol which urd prob. should follow :

personal dispose messages
link with previous editted spots
spam message now contains originator's modulus (used for black/whitelisting)

Also some extra features are implemented in spotnet 1.8.5.x and spotnet V2 :

Prevention agains (quick) change of private key (used by spammers)
Centralized black/whitelisting

I've updated the urls related to Centralized black/whitelisting. The other things I'll look into it when I have time.

Thanks. I saw that. I don't know how many users you have (as we have about 100.000) but take point 1 (personal disposes) has you're highest priority. Otherwise you're users can be confronted with invalid and duplicate spots. If you are able to start, I can explain what's the change in the protocol. Btw. I have changed it already in Spotweb (also php based) months ago.
