[Enhancement]Is it possible to implement reversing of the proccess #237

I love this application and use it a lot. But quite often I browse around on my 
phone and come across a site I would like to have a closer look at. With the 
limited screen size on the phone it'd be great to be able to send the current 
URL that is active (or any other for that sake) and open a tab in Chrome on 
your computer. If the computer is shut down you could get a notification on the 
"Chrome to Phone"-icon saying that you have an unopened request. I realize that 
push-links are supposed to be instantaneous so if adding a notification to the 
"Chrome to Phone"-icon, maybe the link sent could be added to "Google Tasks" 
(which I have a icon for right next to Chrome to Phone ;)

Any thoughts?
