Server error #294

I've just installed the Chrome to Phone extension on my desktop browser, and on 
my Android phone (Android 2.3.3).

When I click the icon on my browser to send the current page, it says "access", 
so I click on it, then I select my main Google account (the same I selected on 
Android), click the submit button, and it appears the Server Error page.

Error: Server Error

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error 
message and the query that caused it.

Yes same here SERVER ERROR , when you click on the icon on the browser
