Chrome to Phone Android app should be available in all countries

Chrome to Phone isn't yet available in Market in all countries for some unknown 
reason. (In Finland, for example.) ... If I recall correctly, you promised 
application to be available everywhere "soon"... Over 6 months ago.

I don't see any reason why you can't enable this application for all countries. 
If I root my phone & use Market Enabler to fake my country / SIM card MCC so 
that my phone thinks that it has SIM card from USA & then install the 
application, it works perfectly - so it's not because "app works just in some 
countries".

IMHO it shouldn't be required to root phone to use this. Or, is there some 
reason you can't allow everybody use this & install straight from Market? If, 
then please, reveal it?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Market on Android device
2. Search for "Chrome to Phone"
3. Application not found

OR
1. Open link 
http://market.android.com/details?id=com.google.android.apps.chrometophone
2. Click "Install"
3. My device is grayed out (can't be selected)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to find Chrome to Phone from Market and install it.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.
GRJ22, but also same thing with other versions.

This is a fork from Chrome To Phone available in all countries:

Its main feature is to be able to process links virtually anyway you want it:
* download anything to your phone, instead of just opening the link
* convert file to other formats (i.e. send a bmp link, convert it to jpg and 
then download it)
* apply wallpapers/ringtones (i.e. send an image link and apply it as wallpaper)
* open specific apps (i.e. send an appbrain link and open android market 
automatically)
* more and more!
