FindBugs support #13

Here's a feature request for putting back / implementing the FindBugs 
functionality :-)

(The home page states that there are problems with the integration but I'm 
hoping that this ticket may be used to track the progress as there is no 
discussion forum to use for discussions about the m2e extension.)

Findbugs group have given the patches..I am currently torn whether to release a 
Findbugs build to wait for their release.
