Cannot build #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clone the hg repo
2. import projects into eclipse helios
3. see complaints that all the maven classes are missing

Please post build instructions.

Hi bimargulies,

Can you ensure that you have both the PMD and Checkstyle Eclipse plugins 
installed in your IDE? Update sites are: http://pmd.sourceforge.net/eclipse/ 
and http://eclipse-cs.sf.net/update/ - I'm assuming you have the m2eclipse 
(0.10) plugin already installed.

Also, can you repull from tip - I've just commmitted a few patches that should 
fix some common include/exclude issues.
