1.Sudo mkfs.ext4 /dev/sdb
2.Sudo e2label /dev/sdb MOBLAB-STORAGE

# What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
External USB storage appeared " This device cannot be opened because its 
filesystem was not recognized".

#What browser are you using?  What version? On what operating system?
Browser is Chrome.[Version: 38.0.2104.0 dev]
Chromeos [6092.0.0 official build dev-channel stumpy-moblab]
