What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install it
2. Log out
3. Log in as a non-admin user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see the bar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Winxp SP3 English fully patched and StExBar 1.5.0

Please provide any additional information below.
My default user is not an Admin User, so I can't access this bar.
