StexBar toolbar label greyed #155

Reproduction: unknown

I can not use stexbar in the toolbar. I've tried the current and the one before 
that version.

OS: WinXP SP3
Versions: 1.8.1 & 1.8.2

Just for completion. Context menu works the way it should.
