StExBar downloads are not marked as "featured" #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open https://code.google.com/p/stexbar/downloads/list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
StExBar downloads should be visible, but they are not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows, 1.8.3

Please provide any additional information below.

The downloads are now at 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/stefanstools/files/StExBar/ since google code 
does not allow new downloads anymore.
The website links to that new location.

Changed state: Invalid

just saying that it would be probably better to disable the "Download" tab on 
code.google.com

there are still valid downloads there. Once they get an update, I'll move them 
to sourceforge.
