Can't install StExBar-1.6.0.msi

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running the .msi file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get an error message: "This installation package could not be opened. 
Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows 
Installer package."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows Vista

Download the msi file again. Your file got somehow corrupted.
You can verify the SHA1 checksum of the file. The checksum is shown on the file 
info
page:
http://code.google.com/p/stexbar/downloads/detail?name=StExBar-1.6.0.msi&can=2&q
=#makechanges

You may have to disable your virus scanner while downloading: those 'tools' are 
known
to interfere and actually *change* a downloaded file *during* the download.
