Hiding unused internal commands #58

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Can I hide unused internal commands? I think it's useless to have remove
button disabling them but they stay on the toolbar. Hiding them will give
more spaces for other commands.

Just remove them - internal commands don't really get remove (you wouldn't be
able to
get them back otherwise) but they're hidden.

I've done so and they're inactive (clicking does nothing) but no, they're not
hidden.
Is an explorer restart required?

See issue #59 for why they're not hidden.
