Make our arguments more concise and revise the statement of some of the results to make it clearer if we are referring to a (graph theoretical) tree or a phylogenetic tree.

We have revised our arguments and now all graph-theoretic notions are properly introduced and explained, so it is safe to assume that by a tree we mean phylogenetic tree throughout the paper.
