Author order #5

I just wanted to point out that I haven't been especially "senior" in this paper, except for having done the least work. Thus, if we wanted to go for alphabetical order that's fine for me.

@gavruskin -- it's up to you, because this is totally your paper, but I just wanted to put it out there.

(and if it's even better to take me off of the author list I wouldn't be offended!)

Your comments, Erick, improved the paper a lot! Figure 2 is your idea. You have written the Intro (non-technical) entirely. So I'd like to keep you on the author list. I'd also leave the order as it is but if @cwhidden wants to change---please do!

I'm happy with the order as is. I also agree that it doesn't make sense to leave Erick out (unless you are trying to avoid having to read the rest of the revisions ;) ). To me, alphabetical order makes sense when you have a large number of authors (at least 4+) and want to avoid the presumption that the middle authors contributed little. I don't think it makes a huge difference whether one is middle author in an unsorted list or last author in a sorted list when there are three authors.
