The tree on the left must have the distance between the ancestor of C and the ancestor of D the same as all the other trees on the figure.

Will fix during the revision.

Note to self: the corrected figure is in the talks repo.

Similarly, NNI_VS_rNNI.pdf has old "rNNI" instead of "RNNI". Corrected version in talks.
