Support config file in GUI #37

After implementing and #32, it would be nice to support loading same config file in GUI as well.

We could implement it like this:

[ ] add a panel at the top or bottom that shows path to currently loaded config
[ ] at start, load config from default location, like ~/.config/signal-estimator.conf
[ ] add button to load another config
[ ] when user changes any option, display status (in that new config panel) that there are unsaved changes, and display a button to save changes
[ ] when an app is closed and there are unsaved changes, ask user whether to save config
