Make plots scrollable #68

In GUI we have a plot sliding window (currently 15 seconds, see #67), and we display plots only in that window. New data is appended to the right, and everything that goes before the window is just truncated.

It would be very useful to be able to scroll plots, to be able to inspect previous data before the window.

HI, I would like to work on this issue, Can some provide how to build the project. I tried to build this on my mac but failed to do so.

This project doesn't support macOS, at least for now, please see README.
