Win7 x64, iTunes doesn't pause, Windows doesn't mute #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Push win+l
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

iTunes should pause and windows should mute.  Instead the music seems to 
pasue for a fraction of a second and then start playing again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0b, Win7x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Did you select "Auto Mute Volume" and "Auto Pause Media" checkbox from 
preferences ?

Yes, both are checked, left none in the boxes to the right.

Just checked with newly installed x64 iTunes and able to produce the same 
problem. But 
System mute works as expected and only the auto pause doesn't work.

FYI, I just rebooted and now the pause in iTunes works but the mute does not 
work.
