Attachments Panel Improvements #7

1) This panel is reached after opening a document, and clicking ">Next Components" . The first yellow arrow, the display of metadata information needs to be improved, currently it is quite hideous.

2) Multiple files can be attached, the main save button is currently broken(though the API is implemented) however, we need a save button for every attachment ( Some background: Currently the main save saves both the attachments and the page metadata, by moving the saving of each attachment onto itself, the user will have to first save the attachment , and then save the page metadata globally by clicking the main save).

File path saved by attachments panel needs to save to the same folder structure used in portal-ui

@ashwinibm There are these gray gaps in the attachments panel that should not be there .. also remove the title bar which says "Components form"

If I remove the border around 'Add File', it looks a bit odd. I think the first one is better.

Cleaner looking but I'll be forced to put 'Add File' within the meta data list, of which it is not logically a part of.
