Social media integration #25

Add social media integration to document pages.

  1. When viewing a document, there should be a way to share link onto other social media (twitter, facebook, linkedin, google+ ) .
  2. Comment on the page via Facebook comments.

Where this should appear is shown below...

@Arunadevi note, that the "share" link is already there on the document page - it just needs to do something.

Facebook integration has been merged into dev.
