Keywords filter dropdown is not under i18n #36

Keywords in the filter dropdown are always in English.

We need to think what is the appropriate approach here ... the keywords themselves are a key value pair, and some keywords are in french. The right solution is to have multilingual keys for each value, and the keys themselves go into the translation system.
