Theming Guide #53

We need a theming guide on how to Customized Gawati.

We have a system based on CSS properties which allows various aspects of the UI to be customized via css.

These need to be documented in terms of what does changing a property imply and which part of the UI does it change.

This needs to be part of the system documentation on https://docs.gawati.org

CSS variables have been documented. This covers coloring, fonts and formats mostly, but not template content. Ie, the title text or resources/configuration for CMS inclusion are not part of the documentation. These should be added. Probably, these resources/ pieces should also be moved such that they are in the same folder tree / part of the theme.
