Replace local profile links with link to profiles system #84

Currenly after logging in click on the logged in user redirects to the local profile implementation.

This should be changed to link to the Profiles-UI / Profiles-FE system (in a new window)

the url to the profiles app base shoudl not be hard-coded. Possibly the public/index.html GAWAT_DATA_SERVER type config can by used (GAWATI_PROFILES_SERVER)
