What's available at the moment

What's missing

Community post items (implement as a single common component)
Post should be lazy loaded (I will provide the necessary endpoints)
Once click a post should redirect to detailed view of the community post as below in the screenshot and in the above prototype

Note that

The above screen need most of the screens needs a comment thread UI component. I will create a separate task for that
And the above screen falls under circle posts. @nisalV contact me when developing. I will explain it offline.
