Can this be done in a same way in Flutter? #55

Actually, I am developing a VPN app, but using Flutter. So, I just want to ask that can a make a file similar to 'filedata.json' which has the certificate. Then, set up my server using open vpn (with multiple connections). But the main thing I want to ask is that how did you connect your app to the server?
