This could be helpful in finding local devs with activity in a particular field. It would be nice to have if not top 3 then just their most popular language.... Could be hard to do considering when pushing a Laravel project 90% of the LOC would be the assets so hopefully that'll be taken care of. I'll definitely look around and see if I can do a PR
