Lingering error messages #139

Some flash error messages are hanging around 1 request longer than they should.

To reproduce:

Go to Manage > Families
Click "New Family"
Scroll down and click "Save" without entering anything, to cause validation errors to show up.
Scroll down and click "Back" (this also happens if you click on any link next, "back" is just one example).
Error message should be gone, but still showing up.

Resolved this error by changing the technical details flash message to be a flash.now.
