Sorting on report "registrations by age" #142

Report should be sorting first by grade (descending), then by age (descending).

In prod, they're showing up in this order: Beth: (age 13) (grade: 8th) Raymond: (age 12) (grade: 7th) Marley: (age 12) (grade: 8th)

SHOULD BE: Beth: (age 13) (grade: 8th) Marley: (age 12) (grade: 8th) Raymond: (age 12) (grade: 7th)
