Sorting "kindergarten" with other grades on report "participants by grade" #143
Alphabetically, "kindergarten" comes after "5th grade". Kindergarten should be sorted such that it's "less than" 1st grade.
(Will eventually make grade levels configurable, the way age groups are configurable #144)
