Fix pedigreeCross #130

pedigreeCross documentation refers to details section, but there is no such section as the @description is repeated twice ... Minor fix needed.

Done in https://github.com/gregorgorjanc/AlphaSimR/commit/2190026d9e06a406e08a1a0e2cca2634a14daffb so if we move onward with that commit, then this will be fixed too.
