ped as vector in 'importInbredGeno' and 'importHaplo' #141

Describe the bug The 'importInbredGeno' and 'importHaplo' functions should be able to take character vectors for 'ped' instead of a 'data.frame' when all the parents are unknown.

Fixed in c62d3bed9756e2017e8f8f7f9874bd330769365c
