Expanding GxE Modelling #150

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The 1 covariate GxE model in AlphaSimR results in some extreme differences in the spread of traits at extreme values of the covariate.

Describe the solution you'd like Expand AlphaSimR's GxE model to incorporate more than 1 covariate.

Describe alternatives you've considered Implement a compound symmetry model as an alternative to the current covariate based model.
