Relates: #2 As a user, I can use login page to authorize my identity to go to dashboard and use the other features..

Acceptance Criteria:

Back End:

[x] routes:
"/login" : POST
[x] controller:
login: add and code ("./src/backEnd/controllers/login.js)
[x] db-query: selectMentorByUsername(username)

Design with React: login page

Tests: Implement tests for both back end, react!
