Add docs and sample config for new Cryptopia Exchange Adapter #93

New Cryptopia exchange adapter has been merged to master - thanks @nodueck #92 !

To include it in next release of bot, we need to:

  1. Update README to mention new Cryptopia adapter being supported.
  2. Add new sample config folder: ./config/samples/cryptopia/*.xml files.
  3. Add author (@nodueck ) to copyrights for new source files.
  4. Confirm adapter is up and running against Cryptopia with @nodueck
