Collapse groups #14

Resolves #3 .

Builds on top of #13 .

Tested with ign-math: https://github.com/ignitionrobotics/ign-math/runs/891648171?check_suite_focus=true

collapsible_actions

Sometimes the ::group:: commands themselves leak outside the collapsible, not sure how to avoid that. In any case this is way more organized than before.

@scpeters , I think you'll like this.

The groups are being modified on #15 , which builds on top of this one. So I'm just going to close this and keep iterating there.
