I'm not entirely sure where this fits within the rest of CI,
It's being used by our Jenkins script to install repositories (stable and/or prereleased) based on the project name and this configuration file. The idea is to put this tool in external services to have only one place to handle repository installation (instead of add/remove prerelease on every release).
