Use prerelease in gz-rendering8 #71

This updates gz-rendering8 to use the prerelease repos so we can test the new version of libogre-next-2.3 that was just released (see https://github.com/gazebosim/gz-sim/issues/920#issuecomment-1716429220)

Hey, I would really like to try out orge 2.3.1.9osrf~jammy because I really need Gazebo to work with my wsl2. but I'm having a hard time to figure out how do it. i cant find orge 2.3.1.9 in GitHub. could you please explain the steps?

on jammy, I can see that the ogre 2.3.1-9osrf~jammy deb is available:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install libogre-next-2.3-dev

Yup, that was released just today, so please try installing it from our repo as @iche033 suggested.
