Runtime warnings from tests should be ignored by Jenkins #1108

Some of our Jenkins jobs are yellow because Jenkins thinks there are compiler warnings when in reality, the warnings are generated when running unit/integration tests. Examples:

  1. gz-gui has over 200 QML warnings that are treated as gcc warnings: https://build.osrfoundation.org/job/gz_gui-ci-pr_any-jammy-amd64/113/gcc/
  2. gz-rendering has 20 warnings from Ogre failing to create a rendering window: https://build.osrfoundation.org/job/gz_rendering-pr-win/14/parsed_console/
