The PR provides a note in the default landing page and a document describing how should a user install ROS and Gazebo together. This is mostly a port of the current gazebo-classic: https://classic.gazebosim.org/tutorials?tut=ros_wrapper_versions.
The document provides an easy path for going with default Gazebo version in the ROS distributions and information about how to use other from source possible installations.
