Remove Harmonic from index for now #341

Removing Harmonic for now since it's just causing confusion for users. We'll add it back when we start the tutorial party for Harmonic.

On a related note, did y'all notice that since https://gazebosim.org/docs defaults to show Harmonic, if you click on Library Reference in the list on the left, and click on any of the libraries, it just goes back to the main webpage? Garden has valid links there. We should fix that.
