Add RViz demo to ros2_integration.md #364

Extending ROS 2 Integration with ros_gz demos. It's not a perfect placement right now, will be split into multiple tutorials but starting as a placeholder.

Also might need to consider a separate guide explaining sdformat_urdf parser.
