Fix broken link to release_features.md #391

The link was broken, linked documentation page does not exist.

Hi, the link is not broken. All the pages in this repo are targeting the main Gazebo website, where they are rendered. The GitHub Markdown preview does not represent what will be the final render on the website.

For the page in this PR, it is rendered here https://gazebosim.org/docs/harmonic/roadmap

You can see that the link works. The change in this PR would fix the GitHub preview, but will probably break it on the website.

So I will close this.
