Problems:

• [ ] OGRE is not found
  • related https://github.com/gazebosim/gz-rendering/pull/726 (this at least allows the build to finish)
  • conda provides OGRE 1.13, but gz-rendering wants only 1.9. Not sure what to do about this...
• [ ] OGRE 2 is not found
  • This might be expected?
• [x] gdal is missing which breaks gz-common build (fix: https://github.com/gazebosim/docs/pull/307)

Apart from these two problems, build from source was successful on physical Win 10. However, the build does not result in any ign or gz binary/script that I could use to run gazebo, so it's difficult to test whether everything has been built properly.
