There were 2 small issues, but it should work after https://github.com/gazebosim/gz-sim/pull/1718 gets merged.
Works with Blender 2.82 and 3.2.
Exported model can be spawned into Gazebo via Resource Spawner
GUI plugin.
I tested only a couple of .blend
projects though.
